Delete account
Delete your account directly in the app. This page explains where to find the setting, what happens next, and when support can help.

- Open Scan2Summary and go to Settings.
- Open the account section and choose Delete Account.
- Review what will be removed, then confirm the deletion in the app.
- If you cannot access the app or no longer control the linked email, contact support for help.

Account deletion removes access to the account and schedules linked stored analyses for deletion, subject to backups and legal retention duties.
- Guest-only usage may leave less account-linked data to remove than an email-linked account.
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and may need to be canceled there separately.
- Minimal billing or legal records may be retained where required by law or fraud-prevention needs.
